H&P Executive Search has been instructed to recruit a Real Estate Associate for a leading international law firm.

This opportunity sits within the firm's established Real Estate team and offers the chance to work on some of the most high profile and complex real estate transactions across Germany and Europe.

The role can be based in Munich, Frankfurt, Düsseldorf or Berlin , depending on preference.

The Role

You will advise a broad range of domestic and international clients, including institutional investors, private equity firms, developers, asset managers and corporate clients on complex real estate matters, including:

• Acquisitions and disposals of single assets and real estate portfolios
• Share deals and asset deals
• Commercial leasing matters
• Joint ventures and development projects
• Asset management
• Legal due diligence and transaction structuring
• Cross-border real estate transactions
• Drafting and negotiating transaction documentation
• Managing transactions and working directly with clients

This is an excellent opportunity for associates who want to work at the highest technical level while being part of a highly regarded international team.

Candidate Profile

We are looking to speak with lawyers who have:

• 2 - 6 years' PQE in Real Estate at a leading international or well regarded German law firm
• Strong academic credentials
• Experience advising on complex real estate transactions
• Commercial awareness and a practical approach to client work
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent German and a high level of English
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
