The Role
This is a full 360 recruitment role with a strong focus on sales and business development.
You will be responsible for building new client relationships, developing existing accounts, and becoming a trusted partner within the German finance market.
The role will involve:
- Generating and developing new client accounts
- Managing and nurturing long term client relationships
- Strategically mapping the market to identify new opportunities
- Sourcing high quality finance professionals across Germany
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from initial brief through to offer negotiation and contract completion
- Supporting both clients and candidates through every stage of the process
About You
- A native German speaker with fluent English
- Experienced in 360 agency recruitment, at least 18 months - 2+ years minimum
- Able to demonstrate success winning and developing new business
- Coming from finance recruitment or wider professional services recruitment
- Commercially minded and confident in a sales focused environment
- Proactive, collaborative, and able to thrive in a fast paced environment
- Able to evidence a strong and consistent billing track record
