The Role

This is a full 360 recruitment role with a strong focus on sales and business development.

You will be responsible for building new client relationships, developing existing accounts, and becoming a trusted partner within the German finance market.

The role will involve:

• Generating and developing new client accounts
• Managing and nurturing long term client relationships
• Strategically mapping the market to identify new opportunities
• Sourcing high quality finance professionals across Germany
• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from initial brief through to offer negotiation and contract completion
• Supporting both clients and candidates through every stage of the process

About You

• A native German speaker with fluent English
• Experienced in 360 agency recruitment, at least 18 months - 2+ years minimum
• Able to demonstrate success winning and developing new business
• Coming from finance recruitment or wider professional services recruitment
• Commercially minded and confident in a sales focused environment
• Proactive, collaborative, and able to thrive in a fast paced environment
• Able to evidence a strong and consistent billing track record
