To strengthen our German team, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who enjoys identifying top talent, building long-term relationships and supporting the continued growth of our business in Germany.

Your Responsibilities

• End-to-End Talent Acquisition
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to interviews, offer management and contract signing.
• Recruit highly qualified engineers, scientists and Life Sciences professionals for projects across Germany and the DACH region.
• Active Sourcing & Candidate Engagement
• Identify and approach candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and professional networks.
• Conduct first interviews and evaluate candidates regarding technical background, motivation and project fit.
• Build long-term relationships with candidates and maintain an active talent pipeline.
• Talent Pool & Market Intelligence
• Develop and maintain a sustainable candidate pool for future recruitment needs.
• Monitor market trends, salary benchmarks and talent availability to support recruitment strategies.
• Employer Branding & Brand Awareness
• Support EFOR's visibility and employer branding activities within the German Life Sciences market.
• Represent EFOR professionally throughout the entire candidate journey.
• Business Partnership
• Work closely with Business Managers and Technical Managers to understand project requirements and define recruitment strategies.
• Support business growth by identifying suitable talent for current and future projects.
• HR & Administrative Support
• Support onboarding activities and administrative HR processes when required.
• Assist with local HR initiatives and internal projects.

What we're looking for

• Degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology or a related field.
• Experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting, ideally within Engineering, Consulting or Life Sciences.
• Experience with Active Sourcing (LinkedIn Recruiter is a strong advantage).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commercial mindset with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organized, proactive and able to work independently.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and motivation to contribute to a growing organization.
• Interest in technical profiles and willingness to learn about Life Sciences projects.
• Fluent English is mandatory; German is recommended, and French is a plus.
