Tasks

We are looking for a Crypto Affiliate Manager to build, manage, and grow our affiliate and partner network. This role is responsible for recruiting affiliates, managing relationships with partners, and driving user acquisition for our crypto platform through affiliate marketing channels.

The ideal candidate has experience in crypto, fintech, or online affiliate marketing and understands how to work with influencers, traders, media partners, and crypto communities.

Key Responsibilities

Affiliate Program Management

• Manage and optimize the company’s crypto affiliate program.
• Track affiliate performance, commissions, and conversions.

Affiliate Recruitment

• Identify and onboard new affiliates such as:
• Crypto influencers
• Trading communities
• Bloggers
• YouTubers
• Web3 media platforms

Relationship Management

• Build strong relationships with existing affiliates.
• Provide partners with marketing materials, updates, and support.

Campaign Management

• Plan and launch affiliate campaigns to drive new user sign-ups and trading activity.

Performance Monitoring

• Track key metrics such as:
• Sign-ups
• Trading volume
• CPA (Cost per Acquisition)
• ROI

Collaboration

• Work closely with marketing, product, and compliance teams to ensure campaigns follow platform guidelines.

Market Research

• Monitor competitor affiliate programs and identify growth opportunities in the crypto ecosystem.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing or Partnership Management
• Experience working in crypto, blockchain, fintech, or online trading platforms
• Strong understanding of crypto exchanges, trading, and referral programs
• Experience using affiliate tracking platforms
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
