They are seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer (CSA) to join the project team delivering a major hyperscale data centre development in Frankfurt. Working as part of a highly experienced project delivery team, you will provide technical leadership and engineering support across the civil, structural and architectural elements of the project. You will work closely with the Project Director, CSA Lead, construction and commercial teams, as well as subcontractors, consultants and client representatives, ensuring technical requirements are coordinated and delivered in accordance with the project programme and specifications. • Provide technical leadership and engineering support across CSA works.
• Review and coordinate civil, structural and architectural drawings, specifications and technical submissions.
• Manage technical queries, RFIs and design coordination issues through to resolution.
• Coordinate CSA works with MEP, construction and commissioning teams to ensure effective interfaces and sequencing.
• Review subcontractor technical submissions, method statements, ITPs and construction documentation.
• Monitor construction activities to ensure works comply with approved designs, specifications and project requirements.
• Support the CSA Lead and Project Manager with technical planning, progress monitoring and construction coordination.
• Attend technical and coordination meetings with subcontractors, consultants and client representatives.
• Identify design clashes, technical risks and construction issues and assist in developing effective solutions.
• Support inspections, testing, commissioning and handover activities, ensuring all technical documentation is completed.Requirements
• Previous experience as a Senior Project Engineer, Project Engineer or similar within the construction industry, with a strong CSA background.
• Strong experience delivering civil, structural and architectural works on large-scale construction projects.
• Experience within hyperscale data centres or other mission-critical environments is highly desirable.
• Strong ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications and engineering documentation.
• Proven experience coordinating subcontractors, consultants and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, technical coordination and quality requirements.
• Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant engineering or construction qualification is essential/desirable.Package
