Account Executive - Medical Device

Your mission

This posting is for a newly created position. Full-time. Permanent employee You own our medical device business in North America. As our Account Executive, you win new medical device customers for TVT and grow our relationships with existing clients – from the first call to the signed contract. You join a small, international sales team that aims to double sales in North America within three years, and you work closely with your SDR, Marketing and our product team in Frankfurt.

Your key responsibilities

• Find and engage new medical device manufacturers through outbound calls, email, LinkedIn and events
• Run business reviews with existing clients and identify expansion opportunities
• Manage the full sales cycle in HubSpot using the MEDDIC methodology – discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation and close
• Handle deals typically ranging from USD 5K to 500K
• Share what you learn in the market with Marketing and R&D to sharpen our positioning and products

Your profile

• Proven track record, 5-10 years experience in B2B sales, generating and closing deals of USD 5K–500K
• Hands-on experience with a modern sales stack: CRM, data sources, LinkedIn and sequencing tools
• Fluent English, written and spoken – required because 99 % of our clients are based in the United States and all client communication takes place in English
• You work independently and take full ownership of your pipeline
• Valid passport and willingness to travel up to 10 % (mainly to the US, and to Germany once a year)
• Nice to have: experience demonstrating software or SaaS products, and knowledge of regulated industries such as medical devices or pharmaceuticals
