Key Responsibilites:

Training Strategy & Development

• Develop training content on products, technologies, and sales/aftersales processes.
• Integrate digital, virtual, and in-person learning formats into the overall training strategy.

Delivery & Evaluation

• Conduct classroom and online trainings for BYD models, technologies, and soft skills.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of trainings in improving sales performance and customer satisfaction.
• Continuously adapt and update training materials based on market feedback and participant input.

Coordination & Collaboration

• Work closely with Sales, Network Development, and Customer Experience teams to align training initiatives.
• Support sales activations, dealer events, and other marketing-related activities.

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required:

Education & Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in training development, ideally within the automotive industry.
• Experience in managing or coordinating international training projects is an advantage.
• Proven experience working with and managing external training agencies or service providers.

Professional Competencies

• Deep understanding of the automotive industry, particularly e-mobility.
• Knowledge of modern learning methods and digital training platforms.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess business processes and develop tailored training solutions.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong intercultural competence and ability to work effectively in teams.
• Willingness to travel across Europe.
• High motivation to learn, curiosity, and innovative mindset.

Languages

• Very good command of German and English; additional languages are a plus.
