The role:

As Solution Consultant focused on Content Supply Chain you will be primarily in a client-facing role, which requires strong technical expertise and domain knowledge of various industry verticals, creative and agency workflow, digital marketing strategy and execution.
What you'll do:

• Provide Consulting services to strategically drive implementation, adoption, operation and expansion of Adobe's Content Supply Chain / Gen Studio applications (Workfront, AEM Assets, Adobe Express, Content Hub, Firefly etc) at our client's organizations.
• Lead consultative engagements with clients, exploring their Content Supply Chain challenges (technical and business). This will include delivering workshops, presenting a potential solution, providing best practices and benefits analysis of software features and developments.
• Collaborate with our Solution Architects to validate and improve standard blueprints
• Assist customers in project implementation
• Advise key stakeholders and drive business success based on key business objectives/goals
• Assist in pre-sales activities and create accurate estimates and quotations
• Take the initiative to constantly improve your knowledge and expertise across digital marketing and cloud-based solutions
• Establish robust and effective working relationships with multiple stakeholders across the global organization.
• Be an active member of the Solution Consulting Community. Be opinionated, input into process improvement, set high standards in all areas of your work and provide leadership and mentoring to your fellow team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis and documentation of business requirements for various projects.
• Provide SME support within sales and pre-sales engagements
• Drive discovery at sales and pre-sales stages in order to understand client use cases - build the appropriate value propositions.
• Create appropriate documentation and presentation materials, including the preparation of Content Supply Chain / Gen Studio product demonstrations.
• Lead the implementation of Adobe Workfront solutions to streamline project management processes.
• Provide expertise in Adobe Workfront Fusion to integrate various business applications.
• Collaborate with business services teams to ensure alignment of project goals with business objectives.
• Conduct thorough analysis of business processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.

Qualifications

• Have a good working knowledge and experience of marketing agency, creative execution, marketing process and operations.
• Demonstrate previous deployment of Adobe Workfront and/or Adobe Workfront Fusion solutions
• Have knowledge or experience of working with other Adobe solutions within the Adobe Experience Cloud
• Posses business acumen and demonstrate thorough understanding of business processes related to marketing activity
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid work model and manage day shift responsibilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a strong attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically.
