Key Account Manager (m/f/d)

About the department:

The Key Account department is responsible for prospecting and maintaining international and national fleet customers. In addition, collecting market information and supporting country managers in approaching local fleet customers are important tasks.

About the role:

As a Key Account Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for strategically acquiring, managing and developing B2B customer relationships . You will act as the main point of contact between our company and our partners, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to ensure sustainable growth.

Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Stratigic prospect acquisition.

• Building, maintaining, and developing long-term customer relationships in the B2B sector.

• Identifying growth opportunities and implementing strategic sales initiatives.

• Negotiating contracts and managing pricing structures.

• Collaborating with internal teams (Marketing, Product Management, After-Sales) to ensure optimal customer solutions.

• Conducting market analysis and competitive assessments to enhance sales strategies.

• Regular reporting and forecasting to senior management.

Main requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field;

• Several years of experience at a comparable position in sales at a car manufacturer, preferably within a leasing company or importer;

• Able to convince, compromise and win;

• Able to work under pressure and handle multi-tasks;

• Self-motivated, responsible, and independent;

• Strong negotiation and communication skills;

• Analytical and strategic mindset with a strong business acumen;

• High willingness to travel and enjoy direct customer interaction;

• German as first language and fluent English.

• Existing network is a plus.
