They undertake MEP packages on behalf of Tier 1 main contractors across the UK and Europe. Their European team primarily undertakes large HVAC / Mechanical packages on data centre and similar high-tech projects They have just secured a 50m mechanical package of works on a 50 MW data centre project in Frankfurt and we are now seeking a Mechanical Project Manager to join the team With such a large package of works to the table, this role calls for someone who knows how to get things done — safely, efficiently, and with a good dose of leadership. Ideally, the candidate will have the right to work in the EU (EU work visa required or equivalent).The Role This is a hands-on, full-cycle project management role. From pre-construction through to handover, the Project Manager will steer a team of engineers, commercial staff, and site managers — making sure the job runs smoothly, safely, and on budget.You'll be: Driving project strategy, quality and safety Managing budgets, schedules, and resources Leading your team with confidence and clarity Building great relationships with clients and stakeholders Keeping everything aligned with internal processes and reporting standardsWhat They’re Looking For Someone with solid mechanical project delivery experience (ideally on data centres or similar high-spec jobs), strong leadership chops, and an ability to juggle design, commercial, and operational responsibilities — all while keeping cool under pressure.Bonus Points For: Familiarity with BIM / design coordination Commercial savvy — you’ll own budgets, CVRs, and change orders A good track record in client-facing roles A “safety first” mindsetPerks Be part of a flagship project in a booming sector Work with a supportive, no-nonsense team Long-term pipeline across EuropeIn return, our client can offer competitive basic salary, plus full rotational package
