The team is searching for a skilled Radio & Voice Communications Engineer (f/m/d) to be part of an innovative 19-person team working on radio and voice communication services. Responsibilities:

• Support voice communication systems (VCS) for air traffic control at Service Level 3 (Product Management)
• Plan and implement All-IP voice communication systems in line with EUROCAE ED136 & ED137 standards
• Ensure product availability throughout the lifecycle and maintain a complex product portfolio
• Execute and analyse tests (e.g., regression tests), simulations, and prototypes
• Collaborate with leading manufacturers of voice systems in aviation and support internal stakeholders in daily operations

Requirements:

• Completed Bachelor’s, Diploma, or Master’s degree in a technical or scientific field (e.g., computer science, electrical engineering, communications engineering)
• Initial professional experience in modern information and communication technology, especially with VoIP telephone systems
• Knowledge of IT networks and virtualisation solutions (e.g., KVM, ESXi, Proxmox VE)
• Experience in project and product management; solid understanding of business administration, quality, and configuration management
• Fluent English skills
