Facilities Manager

We're looking for a Facilities Manager to lead workplace operations at our Frankfurt office. You'll create a safe, efficient, and engaging work environment while overseeing facilities, workplace services, vendors, and the local Workplace team. This role partners closely with Operations, IT, Security, and business leaders to support a high-performing workplace.

What You'll Do

• Lead workplace and facilities operations for the Frankfurt site.
• Build, manage, and develop the local Workplace team.
• Manage workplace vendors, contracts, and service delivery.
• Oversee preventive maintenance and ensure high facility standards.
• Manage office services, including mail, supplies, catering, meeting spaces, and employee support.
• Serve as the primary onsite contact for employees, visitors, and candidates.
• Partner with Operations, IT, and Security on workplace improvement projects.
• Lead health, safety, and workplace compliance initiatives.
• Coordinate facilities equipment and vendor performance.
• Manage workplace requests through the ticketing system and ensure timely resolution.
• Promote company policies and a positive workplace culture.

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years of leadership experience, including 3+ years in Corporate Workplace or Facilities Management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Fluent German and English.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading teams, managing vendors, and driving operational improvements.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative, proactive, and customer-focused approach.
• Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, or similar collaboration tools is a plus.
