Regional Sales Manager

TASKS
1. Identify, prospect, and onboard new clients (B2B) for new energy products, achieve regional sales target
2. Manage key accounts, address inquiries and promote company solutions effectively
3. Gather and analyze market trends, customer needs to refine sales strategies
4. Work closely with technical and support teams to resolve client issues and ensure customer satisfaction
5. Other work assigned by the leadership
REQUIREMENTS
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in power electronics, electrical automation or other engineering disciplines is preferred
2. At least 1 year of C&I ESS sales experience
3. Proficiency in English and German
4. Strong negotiation, communication, analytical skills, and good professional ethics
