Develop and Operate our Software

Become a permanent member of our development team and work on our revolutionary recruiting software with new features that have never been seen before.

Tech-Stack:

• Backend : TypeScript, Node.js (Express), PostgresQL, Redis, Kafka
• AWS Cloud: API Gateway, Lambda, S3, RDS, ElastiCache, SQS, MSK, CDK, serverless, Redshift
• Frontend: TypeScript, Next.js with React, and Devias (Material UI) Kit Pro
• CI/CD-Pipelines: GitLab and AWS Amplify
• Quality Assurance: Unit-, Integration-, API- and E2E-tests with Jest and Cypress

Type of job: Indefinite, full-time, permanent employment or freelance for EU citizens | freelance outside EU

Salary: 65.000 - 96.000€ fix - depending on experience at entry

Workplace:  Fully remote | Offices in Frankfurt and Munich | you need to travel for team gatherings

Your daily tasks:

• Working on key features and making architectural decisions that deliver tremendous value to our customers
• Develop backend components and APIs in a highly structured architecture
• Develop frontend components and implement user workflows with modern React libraries
• Secure your work by writing automated tests and gain rapid feedback from stakeholders

Job requirements:

• Several years of experience in most of our tech stack entities
• You want to build something big that is better than anything currently on the market
• You are an advocate of clean code and test driven development 
• You want to work on a green field project and you are a confident agile developer
• Business English required; German speaking is a plus
