This portfolio consists of premium and prestige brands like The Macallan, Highland Park and Brugal. Within this position, you will be specifically working on Highland Park and Brugal in our Edrington team, currently consisting of 4 more people.Role ResponsibilitiesLeading the Premium Edrington Brands Highland Park and Brugal in GermanyOwn and deliver the Annual and Growth Planning ProcessDevelopment, implementation and tracking of consumer-oriented brand activations in a multi-channel environment (Retail | Gastronomy | E-commerce)Management and control of annual marketing budgetsDefinition and tracking of brand KPIs, including Nielsen and YouGov Data performance trackingAgency management and coordination for Creative, Media, Social/Digital, PR, BTL, non-premiseCross functional alignment with key departments including Sales, Trade Marketing, Advocacy, Finance and Supply Chain to achieve annual targets and objectivesStakeholder management within a matrix structureLead preparation and implementation of new product launches and annual limited editionsQualificationsUniversity degree in business, marketing, communications or equivalent3 – 6 years of consumer marketing experience, preferably in international FMCG companies, beverages and/or spirits industry or categories with strong emotional Marketing relevanceAbility to manage cross-functional projects, additional experience in working in matrix organization preferredExperience in project management (incl. usage of respective tools and methods)Strong analytical skills, converting numbers into insightsHigh degree of personal initiative, passion, assertiveness and determinationExperience in managing a set of brands with a structured approachDigitally competent and high interest in consumer and category trendsFluent (spoken & written) in German and EnglishExcellent know-how in MS OfficeWhile relocation, immigration, and/or tax compliance support are not guaranteed, we may offer assistance to successful candidates depending on factors such as role requirements in accordance with company guidelines.At Suntory Global Spirits, people are our number one priority, and we believe our people grow together in diverse and inclusive environments where their unique insights, experiences and backgrounds are valued and respected.
