Our journey of learnability, values and trusted relationships with our clients continue to be the cornerstones of our organization and these values are upheld only because of our people.Your Role:We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Technology Architect with strong expertise in SAP BTP Integration Suite, SAP CPI, SAP S/4HANA integrations, and enterprise integration architecture. The candidate will be responsible for leading the SAP BTP Integration workstream across the project lifecycle, owning integration delivery governance, architecture, planning, stakeholder communication, risk management, and technical design approvals. The role requires strong client-facing capabilities, experience in managing global integration teams, and the ability to drive scalable, secure, and upgrade-safe integration solutions aligned with SAP Clean Core principles. Key Responsibilities • Lead the SAP BTP Integration workstream throughout the project lifecycle. • Own integration delivery governance, planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication. • Drive integration strategy aligned with SAP Clean Core principles. • Coordinate with business, functional, security, BASIS, ABAP, Fiori, and data migration teams. • Define integration architecture for SAP S/4HANA and connected applications. • Design scalable, secure, reusable, and upgrade-safe integration solutions. • Conduct interface assessment and recommend standard SAP integration patterns. • Review and approve integration technical designs, specifications, and development approaches. • Lead sprint planning, agile delivery management, estimation, and resource planning. • Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and third-party/vendor coordination. • Ensure adherence to integration standards, naming conventions, reusable components, and transport management processes. • Provide technical guidance to development teams and ensure compliance with architecture and delivery best practices. • Support client discussions, solution governance, and technical decision-making.SAP BTP Integration Suite Delivery The candidate should have hands-on expertise and delivery leadership experience across the following SAP BTP Integration Suite capabilities: • SAP Cloud Integration, CPI • API Management • Integration Advisor • Open Connectors • Event Mesh / Advanced Event Mesh • Trading Partner Management, where applicable • ProcessDirect Adapter • JMS Queues and Idempotent Process Call • Exception Subprocess and Error Handling Patterns • Content Modifier, Router, Splitter/Gather, and Multicast • Groovy and JavaScript scripting • Message Mapping, XSLT, and Groovy-based hybrid mappings • Cloud Integration Pipeline / Process Integration Pipeline approach • Event-driven architecture using pub/sub patterns • Integration with SAP S/4HANA and other enterprise applications Required Skills • Strong experience in SAP BTP Integration Suite and SAP CPI. • Hands-on experience in SAP CPI-DS and SAP PO. • Experience in SAP S/4HANA integration scenarios. • Strong understanding of Advanced Event Mesh and pipeline-based integration approaches. • Experience in designing enterprise-grade integration architecture. • Good understanding of APIs, REST, SOAP, OData, IDoc, proxy, and event-based integration patterns. • Ability to define integration standards, reusable assets, and development guidelines. • Strong experience in integration governance, technical design reviews, and solution assurance. • Experience working with global teams and client stakeholders. • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.Preferred Skills • SAP BTP Integration Suite certification. • SAP CPI / SAP Integration Suite implementation experience in large transformation programs. • Experience with SAP Clean Core principles. • Experience in migration from SAP PI/PO to SAP CPI. • Knowledge of cloud-native integration, event-driven architecture, and reusable integration frameworks. • Experience in Pharma, Life Sciences, Manufacturing, or large enterprise transformation programs. • Exposure to Agile delivery methodology and sprint-based execution. • Experience working in onsite or client-facing roles.Personal Attributes Besides professional qualifications, we place strong importance on the candidate’s personality profile and ways of working.
