Our client is a leading manufacturing and engineering organization with a complex global workforce, operating across multiple regions. The role is based within the greater Frankfurt area.

Job Description

• Lead and develop a small team of HR Systems professionals responsible for the regional HR technology landscape.
• Oversee the performance, governance, and continuous improvement of the company's core HR systems environment, with a strong focus on SAP SuccessFactors.
• Partner closely with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions.
• Drive harmonization and optimization of HR processes across multiple countries within the EMEA region.
• Lead regional and international HR technology projects, including system enhancements, implementations, and transformation initiatives.
• Manage external implementation partners, consultants, and service providers.
• Ensure system compliance with legal, regulatory, and business requirements.
• Define and oversee testing, release management, and change activities related to HR systems.
• Support the development of reporting, analytics, and workforce data capabilities.
• Govern integrations between HR platforms and adjacent enterprise applications.

The Successful Applicant

• Several years of experience within HR Technology, HRIS, HR Systems, or HRIT environments.
• Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, ideally including Employee Central and Payroll-related processes.
• Proven track record leading HR systems projects and transformation initiatives in an international environment.
• Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders across HR and IT functions.
• Previous people management experience.
• Good understanding of HR operations and end-to-end employee lifecycle processes.
• Experience working with external vendors, consulting partners, and system providers.
• Strong analytical skills combined with a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset.
• Very good communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Professional proficiency in German and English.
• Willingness to travel within the EMEA region on selected occasions.
