Title: Corporate Treasury Capital Markets - Executive Director


We're seeking someone to join the Treasury Capital Markets team as an Executive Director in Treasury to support the management of the Firm's European legal entities from a liquidity management and funding perspective. In the Finance division, we act as a partner to business units around the globe by providing management, analysis and advisory services of the Firm's financial and capital resources. This is an Executive Director level position within Corporate Treasury.

What you'll do in the role:
- Collaborate with a varied group of colleagues in Finance and across the Firm
- Lead end-to-end processes and/or programs that require complex decision making, advanced understanding of client and stakeholder needs and subject matter expertise
- Understand and adhere to the Firm's risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls; own risk and contingency plans for business area
- Act as a role model and culture carrier; embody and set an example of the Firm's values and hold yourself and team accountable to Firm standards
- Manage funding planning, liquidity investments and risk hedging requirements across the EU entities
- Analyze and report on liquidity, funding and collateral flows throughout the day
- Manage and monitor money market transactions, reverse repurchase agreements, FX spot and forwards and interest rate swaps, structured note issuances and deposits
- Manage and oversee Interest Rate and Credit Spread Risk in the Banking Book (IRRBB/CSRBB)
- Engage directly with senior stakeholders and regulators on funding and liquidity management topics
- Oversee the assessment and implementation of new funding products, vendors and counterparties by collaborating with Wealth Management, ISG, Controllers, Risk, Legal, Tech and others
- Manage and execute ad hoc requests/inquiries from senior management and aid in decision making process
- Partner closely with the Global TCM teams and business units on deposit and other funding initiatives
- Oversee the team's risks and controls and associated documentation (e.g., policies & procedures)
- Manage, attract, develop and retain talent for team within Finance while creating an inclusive environment; translate Firmwide goals into actionable goals for department/function

What you'll bring:
- Advanced understanding of Treasury, industry, and competitive environment and technical skills, including risks and key regulations relevant to the division
- Strong technical skills
- Ability to inspire and support others by providing positive and constructive feedback and to acknowledge efforts of and promote team members
- Ability to manage risk and impact to functional area, and create plans to mitigate those risks
- Experience of managing a team of resources
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with teams across both local offices and globally
- Proficient analytical capabilities, including ability to summarize complex business problems and detailed analysis with clarity and brevity
- The ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy level environment
- At least 8 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role
