Your key responsibilities include:

• Ensure timely and correct service during meals, breaks, and conference drinks
• Support and host events , meetings & banquets with international guests
• Provide service and hospitality throughout the event
• Assist the Chef de Rang with organization and smooth operations
• Act as contact for guest requests and complaints
• Maintain hygiene standards
• Support colleagues across the banqueting department

Be able.

• Eagerness to grow, learn, and be part of a family-like and ambitious team
• Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
• Ideally experience in a similar role or training in hospitality
• Strong communication skills in German and English
