Do you have several years of experience in the acquisition or negotiation for the purchase of land and real estate, ideally in the field of renewable energies and PV systems? – Perfect!

Your Qualifications:

• Extensive site assessment expertise
• Confident communication with customers, authorities, and planning partners
• Good verbal and written communication skills, German and ideally also in English
• GIS and/or CAD knowledge

Your Responsibilities:

• Identification and evaluation of potential locations for solar parks and/or battery projects
• Conducting thorough feasibility analyses and reviewing approval requirements
• Negotiation of land acquisition contracts with landowners and stakeholders
• Collaboration with the development, legal and technical teams to ensure smooth land acquisition and project progress
• Maintaining communication and relationships with owners, authorities and stakeholders for smooth project execution
• Support of ongoing development projects
• Utilization of Industry knowledge and understanding of market dynamics
