About The Role

We are looking for an ambitious and analytical Investment Analyst to join our Investments team. In this role, you will be at the heart of our private debt engine: sourcing, evaluating, and executing investments while also getting involved in strategic initiatives like M&A, fundraising, and operational improvement.

This is a high-impact position with exposure to leadership, investors, and real deals from day one. You will work across functions, build financial models, and help shape the next phase of Teylor's growth.

What You Will Do

Investment Analysis & Execution:

• Build and maintain robust financial models
• Underwrite and execute private debt transactions
• Conduct risk assessments and investment due diligence
• Work closely with credit, legal, and external partners

Portfolio & Investor Management:

• Monitor portfolio performance
• Prepare investor reports and dashboards
• Support communication with fund managers, LPs, and advisors

Strategic & Special Projects:

• Contribute to M&A deals , fundraising rounds, and internal growth projects
• Build pitch decks and manage data rooms
• Conduct market and competitor analysis

Project Management & Coordination:

• Own project timelines and deliverables
• Collaborate cross-functionally and with external advisors
• Keep documentation sharp and up to date

Investment Materials:

• Create compelling investment memos and IC presentations
• Ensure high-quality, data-driven decision-making materials

About You

You are analytical, driven, and love new challenges. You are excited about a startup/ scaleup environment. You bring a sharp mind, solid modeling skills, thrive in fast-paced environments, and have a natural sense of ownership.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's or Master's in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
• 2–3 years experience in investment banking, PE, VC, or similar analytical roles
• Strong financial modeling + valuation skills
• Experience in private debt / credit a strong plus
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Super organized, curious, and a team player
• Fluent in English; German is a strong plus!
