Job Summary: We are seeking experienced Business Analysts with strong expertise in Mortgage Lending and Corporate Financing (CoFi) to support strategic banking transformation initiatives. This role will focus on end-to-end lending lifecycle processes, business functional analysis, and the implementation of AI-enabled solutions within credit and lending operations. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, IT, and architecture functions to translate complex business requirements into scalable and implementable solutions. Key Responsibilities: Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements across the complete lending lifecycle, including: * Advisory * Loan Initiation * Credit Decisioning * Post-Decision Processing * Prolongation / Renewal processes Conduct detailed Business Functional Analysis for: * Mortgage and Lending products * Corporate Financing (CoFi) processes * Credit and risk-related workflows Collaborate with business stakeholders to define target operating models and solution requirements Support the design and implementation of AI-enabled banking solutions, including: * Agentic AI solutions for credit decisioning * AI-driven document processing and handling * Intelligent workflow automation Work closely with technology, architecture, and delivery teams to ensure traceability from business requirements through to solution design and implementation Facilitate workshops, requirement walkthroughs, stakeholder discussions, and validation sessions Support solution definition activities and contribute to process optimization initiatives. Key Requirements: Strong experience as a Business Analyst or Business Functional Analyst within Banking or Financial Services Proven domain expertise in: * Mortgages * Lending * Corporate Financing (CoFi) * Credit & Lending Operations Strong understanding of end-to-end lending lifecycle processes and credit decisioning workflows Experience working on digital transformation or banking technology initiatives Exposure to AI-enabled solutions in banking, particularly around: * Credit decisioning * Intelligent document management * Workflow automation * will be considered a strong advantage Excellent analytical, requirement documentation, and stakeholder management skills Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, short-start, and cross-functional environments
