• Stay ahead of the curve by researching trends and anticipating industry shifts
• Lead and refine copywriting efforts, keeping our tone sharp and unmistakably Penta
• Manage and support crisis PR with clarity and agility
• Align with E-Commerce to ensure cohesion across digital touchpoints
• Oversee paid media and advertising, from strategy to execution
• Ensure our social media voice stays witty, warm, and consistent
• Cultivate agency partnerships and coordinate standout brand collaborations and events
• Play a key role in internal communications , building transparency and alignment

• A deep understanding of the full marketing landscape (strategic + hands-on)
• A proven track record in leading marketing teams with empathy and clarity
• Excellent communication skills—verbal and written (English and German is a must)
• A flair for storytelling and a sharp eye for brand consistency
• Experience managing multiple projects in fast-paced environments
• A knack for turning insights into impactful actions
• A love for hospitality, travel, and creating memorable guest experiences
• A sense of humour—seriously, it’s non-negotiable
