Senior Quantity Surveyor
- Salary up to €115,000
- Various rotation patterns available
- Opportunity to work on international engineering projects
- Exposure to large-scale construction developments
- Manage project cost control, forecasting and commercial reporting
- Prepare and review valuations, variations and payment applications
- Monitor project budgets and identify commercial risks and opportunities
- Support procurement processes and subcontractor management
- Review contracts, scope changes and commercial agreements
- Prepare accurate cost reports and financial updates
- Work closely with site teams to ensure effective cost tracking and reporting
- Assist with final accounts and project close-out activities
- Maintain strong working relationships with clients, suppliers and subcontractors
- Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor or Quantity Surveyor within construction, engineering or industrial projects
- Strong understanding of cost control, contracts and commercial management
- Experience working on large-scale projects is highly desirable
- Ability to work independently within a site-based environment
- Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and relevant QS software
- Willingness to work on rotational assignments
- Fluent English required; additional European languages are advantageous
