The Role In this role, you will drive the technical integration of terminal hardware into our software for diverse customers, take ownership of key projects and informally coordinate within the team – if you enjoy responsibility and shaping solutions, we’d be excited to hear from you.Key Responsibilities Exciting projects in the area of technical integration of terminal hardware to our softwareVaried tasks in all sectors, from SMEs and DAX companies to international corporationsResponsibility for the planning, requirements analysis and implementation of challenging customer projectsAdvice on technical issues and application problemsIndependent project and schedule planning in an extremely collegial and motivated teamA working day without routineRegular assignments with our customers - remotelyKey Requirements Ideally completed studies in a technical or scientific fieldTechnical affinity, experience in the field of computer networksExperience in and enjoyment of direct customer contact, ideally in an advisory capacityTroubleshooting experienceFluency in German and very good English skillsHigh sense of ownership and reliability in coordinating tasks within the teamAbility to informally guide colleagues on a technical level and support decision-making with well-founded recommendationsOur Benefits Competitive Rewards: Including profit-sharing and employee stock program.
