About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and hands-on Product Marketing Manager to join our marketing team focusing on digital payments and stablecoin products. This role is highly cross-functional in shaping and executing our digital and go-to-market strategies across our product portfolio, with a specific focus on Allunity’s EURO stablecoin and future offerings.

You will play a central role in supporting the Head of Marketing by taking full ownership of product marketing efforts related to product launches and lifecycle marketing, ensuring our product value propositions reach the right audiences across the right channels. Your expertise will directly impact brand visibility, user engagement, and adoption of Allunity’s regulated payment solutions across Europe and beyond. We are looking for a digital-native marketing manager who ideally understands the digital asset and institutional landscape, has experience leading product marketing for (stablecoin) payments, fintech, or financial services products, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is passionate about driving results through storytelling, digital strategy, and cross-functional collaboration.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities

Lead Digital Product Marketing Initiatives: Drive all digital marketing activities for our payments and stablecoin products, including go-to-market planning, campaign development, lifecycle engagement, and performance tracking. Develop a deep understanding of our markets, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

• Lead the Go-to-Market Strategy: Execute segment-specific GTM strategies for Allunity’s EURO stablecoin and payment solutions. Identify and size market opportunities, define product-market fit, and develop clear positioning and messaging frameworks.
• Cross-Functional Execution: Collaborate with product, sales, business development, and communications teams to ensure synchronized execution of product launches, marketing campaigns, and ecosystem partnerships.
• Own Digital Channel Strategy: Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across web, email, paid search, social, and other relevant digital channels to maximize reach, engagement, and conversion.
• Ecosystem Enablement: Support business development efforts by co-creating go-to-market initiatives with ecosystem partners, including exchanges, wallets, payment platforms, financial institutions and fintech platforms.
• Sales Enablement: Deliver compelling product collateral, battlecards, decks, one-pagers, and other assets to empower sales and business development teams.
• Analytics & Optimization: Set KPIs, monitor performance, and continuously optimize campaign effectiveness based on data insights and market feedback.

Requirements

Key Requirements

3-4 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Product Marketing, ideally within the payments, fintech, digital asset, or crypto industry.

• Knowledge of the blockchain ecosystem, stablecoins, and digital assets is a strong plus.
• Experience in launching and scaling stablecoin or payment products across digital channels.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on mentality and a bias for action.
• Good communication skills—able to influence stakeholders, simplify complex ideas, and inspire action.
• Fluent in English; German native language skills are a strong plus.
• Data-driven mindset with strong proficiency in campaign analytics, web tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEO platforms), and A/B testing.
• A collaborative team player who thrives in cross-functional environments and is comfortable working independently.
• Confidence working with regulatory topics and breaking down technical content into compelling narratives.
