A Snapshot of Your Day

You start your day aligning with project teams and the central S4E program on rollout progress and priorities. Throughout the day, you collaborate with colleagues from project management, sales, finance, and logistics to ensure smooth end-to-end processes. You represent business needs in discussions, review system changes, and support testing activities. You also guide users, clarify requirements, and contribute to change management efforts, ensuring that new SAP S/4HANA solutions are effectively adopted within GS C GCO.

How You’ll Make an Impact

* Representation of business requirements as SAP Key User for Project Systems and Sales & Distribution across order-to-cash processes
* Planning, implementation, and execution of organizational change management activities during S/4HANA rollout phases
* Optimization of project structures, cost planning, budgeting, forecasting, execution, confirmations, and settlement processes
* Oversight of sales order management, pricing, delivery, and billing processes including integration with logistics and finance
* Execution and validation of functional testing activities including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing
* Ensuring correct integration between Project Systems, Sales & Distribution, and Finance within the S/4HANA environment

What You Bring

* Degree in business administration, information systems, engineering, or a comparable qualification
* Deep functional expertise in SAP Project Systems and SAP Sales & Distribution including lifecycle, controlling, order-to-cash, pricing, and billing
* Solid understanding of SAP integration concepts, particularly between Project Systems, Sales & Distribution, and Finance
* Experience in change management, business process ownership, or transformation projects as well as testing methodologies
* Strong analytical skills with ability to translate business requirements into system solutions and prior experience in training or coaching end users
* Good understanding of SAP Fiori and S/4HANA embedded analytics as well as fluent English language skills

About the Team

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and
decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof,
steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings,
modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
