Job DescriptionWe are looking for a commercially minded Digital Wealth Marketing Manager to establish and lead our proposition in Germany, with the opportunity to support future growth across Continental Europe.This is a newly created role offering the chance to shape how L&G brings its ETF capabilities to digitally engaged investors. You will work closely with our German Distribution team and colleagues across product marketing, brand, content, digital, events and communications to turn investment propositions into clear, engaging customer experiences.It is a role for someone who enjoys setting direction but is equally comfortable getting involved in delivery. You will combine your understanding of Germany’s Digital Wealth market with customer insight, creative thinking and performance data to build campaigns and partnerships that produce meaningful commercial results.What you’ll be doing:Developing and delivering our Digital Wealth marketing strategy for GermanyPartnering with Distribution colleagues to align marketing activity with commercial prioritiesBuilding relationships with online brokers, neo-brokers, robo-advisers and digital wealth partnersCreating and localising campaigns, content and educational materials for German investorsCoordinating activity across product marketing, brand, content, digital, PR and eventsUsing customer, campaign and competitor insight to optimise marketing investmentMeasuring performance against clear KPIs and communicating results to stakeholdersEnsuring marketing activity meets regulatory, governance and data-protection requirementsWho we’re looking for:Strong experience in Digital Wealth, investment-platform or D2C financial-services marketingA detailed understanding of ETFs and the German retail investment landscapeExperience developing and delivering customer-led digital marketing campaignsEvidence of building productive commercial or platform partnershipsStrong stakeholder-management skills within a complex or matrix organisationAn understanding of the regulations governing D2C financial marketingExcellent German and English communication skillsA collaborative, commercially minded approach and willingness to combine strategy with deliveryWhatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
