Internship Brand Management

Contribute bringing the new Lufthansa Group brand to life: Following its launch in December 2025, you will support the ongoing rollout and implementation across a wide range of projects, platforms, and touchpoints.

• Gain practical experience by conceptualizing and implementing brand management projects, including video productions, workshops, exhibitions, and learning assets
• Collaborate with external agencies and support creative briefing, feedback processes, and project coordination
• Manage, optimize, and analyze content within the Lufthansa Group Brand Hub, the central platform for brand guidelines and assets
• Support the preparation of strategic management meetings and contribute to day-to-day brand management activities
• Participate in internal communication activities by creating content and developing ideas for effective brand messaging
• Work closely with brand strategists, the brand design team, and external agencies to ensure consistent and impactful communication across channels

Ihr Profil:

You are a team player with a high level of initiative and strong communications skills who feels comfortable in a dynamic environment with a wide range of tasks.

• You are at least in the 3rd semester of a degree program at the time of the internship
• Enrolled for the entire period of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and a writtenproof of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application) or the internship between the Bachelor's and Master's degree program (Gap Year)
• At least one longer-term practical experience (g. an internship, working student position or similar), preferably in the field of marketing/brand management
• High level of commitment, independence and organizational skills
• Analytical and conceptual thinking as well as flexibility and quick comprehension skills
• Ideally, experience in creative projects, such as content creation, photo/video productions
