We're looking for a commercially minded German-speaking Digital Sales Consultant to work with businesses across the German market, helping them discover growth opportunities through Google Ads.

This role combines outbound sales, business consulting, client onboarding, and account development. You'll engage prospective advertisers, understand their commercial goals, recommend relevant advertising solutions, and help them get more value from their campaigns.

What You'll Do

Drive new business

• Contact prospective advertisers across the German market through outbound sales activities.
• Identify business needs, qualify opportunities, and present relevant Google Ads solutions.
• Build compelling business cases that connect advertising investment with commercial results.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase account value.

Become a trusted business advisor

• Understand clients' objectives, target audiences, and growth ambitions.
• Guide new advertisers through onboarding and platform adoption.
• Recommend PPC strategies and campaign improvements tailored to individual business needs.
• Help clients understand performance metrics and make informed advertising decisions.

Own your pipeline and performance

• Manage multiple prospects and accounts throughout the customer journey.
• Work toward sales targets, KPIs, and customer success objectives.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up on opportunities consistently.
• Use data and customer insights to refine your approach and improve results.

What Makes You a Strong Fit?

• Native-level or C2 German and strong written and spoken English.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, digital marketing, or a similar client-facing role.
• Confidence initiating conversations, influencing decision-makers, negotiating, and closing opportunities.
• A commercially driven mindset and motivation to achieve measurable targets.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort using CRM systems and sales technologies.
• An interest in PPC, online advertising, and digital business growth.
• Experience using AI tools to improve productivity and personalize workflows.

Experience with the German business market, digital advertising, GDPR, or agency relationships is a plus.
