We are committed to hiring the best, most talented people and empowering them to thrive, grow meaningful careers and to find a place where they belong.The RoleWe are seeking an experienced EMEA Account Sourcing Manager to lead strategic procurement activities for our Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) clients across the EMEA region. You will develop sourcing strategies, manage supplier relationships, deliver savings targets, and ensure compliance with JLL standards.Your ResponsibilitiesStrategic Sourcing & ProcurementManage strategic sourcing and procurement activities for client requirements across all IFM service linesDevelop and implement regional sourcing plans and lead end-to-end RFP processesConduct e-auctions through Jaggaer system and lead contract negotiationsDeliver savings targets and track regional savings delivery via procurement platformsClient & Supplier ManagementRepresent JLL S&P in client meetings and account forumsCollaborate with Account Directors, Facilities Managers and Operations TeamsManage framework relationships with JLL preferred suppliersQualify and onboard suppliers according to JLL compliance requirementsMonitor supplier performance and conduct regular review meetingsCompliance & ReportingEnsure all sourcing activities comply with JLL standards and best practicesAdminister Strategic Sourcing Audit program and manage risk mitigationProvide monthly/quarterly reports on KPIs, supplier performance and savings deliveryPrepare and deliver Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)Transformation & InnovationSupport transformation activities and maintain sustainability and D&I strategyProvide training and guidance on JLL S&P Strategic Sourcing activitiesSupport transition activities including site visits and supplier onboardingYour ProfileExperience & Education5-10 years of procurement/sourcing experience in FM, Manufacturing, Infrastructure or Estate ManagementDeep understanding of Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) services and supplier environmentProven experience working with suppliers across EMEA regionBusiness management or related degreeMCIPS or country equivalent certification (preferable)Strong analytical, financial and commercial skills with excellent numerical acumenProficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)Experience with e-auction/procurement platforms (Jaggaer/Bravo preferred)Knowledge of sourcing procedures and protocols for services contractsFluent in English and German (essential)Additional Western European languages (Polish, French) advantageousWhy Join JLL?Work with leading global clients in an international environmentProfessional development and career growth opportunitiesMake a real impact on sustainability and supply chain excellenceCollaborative and innovative work cultureDu möchtest genau wissen, wie es ist, bei JLL zu arbeiten?
