We are seeking an experienced and motivated Corporate Goverance Officer (m/f/d) who will provide professional support to the Board of Directors and Executive Management in all corporate law and organisational matters. BPAG is a leading financial institution with a strong presence across Europe, operating branches in Luxembourg, Spain, Monaco, France, Italy and the UK. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful projects within a collaborative, international environment at the heart of our Frankfurt office.If you have a strong track record in the banking sector, high integrity, and a precise and structured way of working, we look forward to receiving your application.Your roleSupport the Board of Directors and Executive Management in all corporate governance mattersPreparation, organisation and minute-taking for meetings (Board, committees, Executive Management)Drafting and maintenance of regulations, articles of association, organisational and signing rulesEnsuring compliance with legal, regulatory and internal governance requirementsCoordination with internal stakeholders (Legal, Compliance, Risk, Finance) and external advisorsManagement of corporate records (commercial register filings, powers of attorney, signing authorities)Preparation of reports and presentations for governing bodies and supervisory authoritiesYour profileUniversity degree in Law, Business Administration or a comparable qualification; further education in Corporate Governance is an assetSeveral years of professional experience as a Corporate Secretary or in a comparable role in the financial/banking sectorSound knowledge of corporate, banking and regulatory law (e.g. BaFin/Bundesbank/ECB environment)Highly structured, diligent and discreet working style, with a strong service orientationStrong communication skills and confident interaction at senior management and board levelExcellent written and spoken German and English; additional languages are an advantageNoteAt Pictet, you will find more than just a position—you will discover a unique opportunity to contribute to a distinguished private bank renowned for its tradition of independence, long-term thinking, partnership, responsibility and entrepreneurial spirit.
