Country Manager - Romania
• Over 10 years of experience in In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) sales, demonstrating a strong track record of results.
• 2-3 years of line management experience, leading small teams with vision and purpose.
• Solid educational background with relevant degrees.
• Fluency in Romanian and English; knowledge of Chinese is a plus but not essential.
• Extensive local sales experience within Romania, familiar with the healthcare or diagnostics markets.
• Ability to manage and grow sales in surrounding countries, with a flexible and strategic mindset. Nice to Have Skills:
• Experience working in or with international companies expanding into European markets.
• Additional language skills relevant to neighboring markets.
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance landscapes in Romania and Europe. Preferred Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree or higher in life sciences, business, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of direct sales experience within IVD or related sectors, with recent leadership roles. Other Requirements:
• Ability to travel as needed within Romania and across neighboring regions.
• A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently in a home-based setting.
