This is what you move:
As a Senior Programmatic Manager (Mensch) , you are responsible for both the further development of programmatic activities and their operational implementation for our clients.
- Best Practices: You regularly analyze campaign results and derive appropriate optimization measures. You confidently apply existing best practices and collaboratively evolve them with the team.
- Monitoring: You keep a close eye on ongoing campaigns within DSPs (Demand-Side Platforms) and ensure properly configured as well as continuously optimized setups.
- Strategy: You contribute to the selection of suitable target audiences, technologies, and inventory for programmatic buying.
- Data Acumen: You optimize programmatic media buying and always keep relevant KPIs in focus. The goal is to reliably achieve agreed-upon performance targets.
- Collaboration: You work closely with specialist teams and external partners in an international environment.
The following qualities distinguish you:
- Qualifications: You hold a university degree with a focus on Marketing, Media Studies, or a comparable education, and have more than 1-2 years of professional experience in online marketing.
- Data & Tech: The digital media landscape (DSPs, Data, Inventories, Ad- & Audience-Verification technologies, etc.) are not just terms for you; you have already been able to implement them in practice.
- Curiosity & Eagerness to Learn: Always moving forward is not just a motto! It is essential for you to always stay "UpToDate" in the programmatic field.
- Data Presentation: Thanks to your strong organizational skills (in Excel as well as PowerPoint), you can easily present complex information in an understandable way.
- Language Skills: You can communicate confidently in both German and English.
