We are one of the market leaders in logistics optimization, combining logistics consulting, logistics software, 4PL services, and logistics research in an innovative business model.What your new challenge will look like?Shape the strategy and future portfolio of 4flow Solutions by identifying market opportunities and customer needsLead and develop a team of Solution Designers who design solutions combining technology, processes, and logistics expertiseTranslate complex customer challenges into clear solution concepts and guide technical teams in bringing them to lifeDrive the development and implementation of digital solutions, including the use of AI and emerging technologies where they create real valueCollaborate closely with customers, consultants, software teams, and internal experts to create impactful solutionsDefine success metrics and continuously improve solutions based on customer feedback and business impactWhy you belong at 4flow:You have 5+ years of experience in in product management, solution design, digital transformation, or a comparable role, preferably in the supply chain industry, and 2 years of experience in leading teams.You have a strong interest in AI and emerging technologies and know when they create real value.You have a proven track record in managing projects with multiple stakeholders and in translating business challenges into technical solutions.You demonstrate excellent problem solving abilities and a data-driven approach to decision making.You communicate confidently in English; German is a plus.Your passion for continuous innovation and staying updated with latest technological advancements sets you apart.
