Our journey of learnability, values and trusted relationships with our clients continue to be the cornerstones of our organization and these values are upheld only because of our people.Your RoleWe are looking for an SAP PLM Functional Consultant to lead and execute an iPLM rollout to new warehouses/plants based on an existing global template. The role spans fit–gap, localization, configuration & integration, data migration, cutover, and hypercare, working closely with business SMEs, product owners, and technical teams.Key Responsibilities Rollout & Template Governance· Analyze fit–gap against the global PLM template; document localization needs, country-specific legal/quality requirements, and operational constraints.· Drive template adoption while proposing controlled deviations backed by business case and impact analysis.· Coordinate with cross-functional teams and release management for transport sequencing.Build, Test & Cutover· Conduct Fit-Gap workshops and analyze local requirements.· Prepare test scenarios, traceability, and lead SIT/UAT with defect triage; ensure performance and volume test readiness.· Define cutover plan: master data loads, stock upload, open orders, bin creation, wave queues, mock runs with rehearsal checklists.· Execute data migration for products, BOM’s, Documents, Change Masters etc.· Provide go-live support & hyper care.Operations & Support· Create training content and conduct end-user training & key-user enablement​​​​​​· Drive continuous improvements post-rollout; document lessons learned and backlog.Skills· Strong knowledge of Business Processes for PP, MM etc· Conduct business analysis to improve PLM and innovation processes.· Translate business needs into functional specifications for SAP solutions.· Design and optimize master data architecture, including Material, BOM, Document Information Record, and Serial Number etc.· Ensure smooth integration of PLM and ERP systems.· Lead the implementation, testing, and rollout of SAP-based applications.· Stay informed on SAP S/4 innovations and recommend best practices.PersonalBesides the professional qualifications of the candidates, we place great importance in addition to various forms personality profile.
