Senior Software Engineer - Java (m/w/d)

Your mission

• You will provide high-quality products that meet all functional and non-functional requirements.
• You will develop scalable and easily usable Java applications.
• You will create comprehensive documentation.
• You will develop with the best coding standards, policies, and procedures for development, continuous integration, and deployment.

Your profile

• You have at least 3 years of professional experience in Java backend development.
• You have already gained experience with software development projects as well as delivery methods.
• You have an excellent understanding of OOP concepts with Java.
• You already have experience with the Spring-Framework.
• You have experience with database persistence (JDBC) and have in-depth knowledge of rational database concepts.
• You are familiar with the web services SOAP & REST and experienced in the development of microservices as well as the development and application of unit tests.
• You have a good understanding of software design and architecture, as well as the ability to read, understand and follow architectural diagrams.
• You have an excellent understanding of Git and are confident in using it.
• You are fluent in German and English - we work in an international team.
• Ideally, you have already gained experience in virtual collaboration with Teams at different locations.
