Due to continued growth, we are now seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to lead the commercial team from their Frankfurt office You’ll drive commercial strategy, lead project QS teams, and ensure financial and contractual performance across major builds.Key Responsibilities Lead all commercial aspects of large-scale MEP projects Manage cost planning, procurement, valuations & risk Work closely with PMs, QSs, and clients to track performance Ensure profitability and contractual compliance Support project delivery from pre-construction to final accountWhat You Need Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar 8+ years' post-qualification experience on large MEP projects Strong commercial & contractual knowledge Excellent communication, organisation & leadership skills High IT proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook) Fluent in English Right to work in the EU & flexible for travelNice to Have Experience in the Data Centre sectorWhat We Offer Rotational package Flights & accommodation Annual leave package Social & Wellbeing Committee activities
