In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide important information about our gaming offerings. Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to German -speaking clients via chat, email, and phone.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly and efficiently.
• Educate customers about our products and services to enhance their gaming experience.
• Work closely with your team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
• Gather customer feedback and relay insights to support continuous improvement.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance your product knowledge and service skills.

Requirements

• Fluency in German and a good command of English; knowledge of other languages is beneficial.
• Prior experience in customer support or a related role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to multitask and effectively manage time in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is an asset.
• Willingness to relocate to Malta and indulge in a new cultural experience.
• A genuine interest in gaming and knowledge of the iGaming industry is a significant plus.
