Assistant Business Development (m/w/d)

Tasks

As an Assistant Business Development (m/w/d) based in Germany, you will take on a diverse and multifaceted range of responsibilities:

• Assistance with responding to RfPs;
• Support for partner events, trade fairs, and conferences;
• Updating and documentation of guidelines and processes;
• Taking ownership of your own projects;
• Correspondence with suppliers and partners.

Requirements

• Completed apprenticeship or a university degree, preferably with a business background; career changers from the Executive Assistant field are also welcome;
• Structured and reliable working style with excellent self-organization and coordination skills;
• Ability to prioritize effectively and adapt quickly to changing circumstances;
• Strong organizational and planning skills;
• Confident and professional demeanor;
• Relevant experience in the above-mentioned areas of responsibility;
• Team-oriented mindset with a genuine enjoyment of collaboration;
• Excellent written and verbal German and English communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts;
• You hold citizenship in one of the 32 NATO member states.
