ICT Workplace Engineer

YOUR MISSION

• Deploy, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals

• Perform hardware troubleshooting, diagnostics, and basic repairs

• Support device provisioning using Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot

• Manage hardware inventory and asset lifecycle activities

• Coordinate equipment replacement and deployment campaigns

• Support meeting room technologies and conferencing equipment

• Provide first-level support for printing services and end-user hardware

• Maintain accurate asset and stock records

• Collaborate with service desk and technical teams to ensure service continuity

YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS

• Minimum 5 years of experience in ICT Hardware Support or End User Computing environments
• Experience with device deployment, configuration and lifecycle management
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot
• Experience supporting laptops, desktops, mobile devices and peripherals
• Experience with inventory management and asset tracking
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within an international team
• Fluent English, both written and spoken

The following would be considered an asset:

• Dell Certified Technician
• CompTIA A+
• ITIL Foundation certification
• SAP inventory management experience
• Knowledge of structured cabling and networking hardware
