Airport Sales Associate

As an Airport Sales Associate, you will work in the dynamic and international environment of Frankfurt Airport. Every day, you meet travelers from all over the world and help them find the right electronics, gadgets and travel essentials for their journey.

From recommending the latest Apple, JBL, Bose, Samsung and Canon products to creating excellent customer experience, you play an important role in the success of our airport retail store. With a constant flow of international passengers.

What will you do?

As an Airport Sales Associate, you combine customer service with sales. You welcome international travelers, discover what they are looking for and advise them on the products that best suit their needs.

You will:

• Advise international travelers on electronics, gadgets and travel essentials;
• Identify customer needs and create the best shopping experience possible;
• Use your sales skills to contribute to store targets and commercial KPIs;
• Keep products attractively presented and support promotions and campaigns;
• Replenish stock and make sure the store is clean, organized and ready for passengers.

Who are you?

You enjoy being around people and feel comfortable in a busy, international environment. You are commercially minded, but above all, you enjoy helping customers find the right product.

You also:

• Are flexible and available to work between 06:00 AM and 22:00 PM;
• Speak good German and English; additional languages are a plus;
• Have been registered in Germany for at least five years, which is required for the airport badge;
• Have an interest in retail, sales, electronics and technology.
