GTPS Europe - Trade Finance Junior Sales (m/f/d)

ResponsibilitiesWithin the GTB framework, the TRA Junior Sales contributes to the delivery of the global financial trajectory by:Supporting GTB Sales and TRA Senior Sales in originating and implementing TRA ProductsSupports new client development (MNC, Light Touch)Being the main client entry point for all TRA related topics,Contributes to achievement of the client commercial objectivesTakes responsibility for outbound client penetration in his/her area of expertise in close alignment with the GTB Sales and the TRA Senior SalesThe TRA Junior Sales has a good knowledge of TRA Products. He/she has the capacity to understand product-specific clients’ needs and the related commercial and operational implications, based on several years of TRA Experience either in Sales or in Mid-Office. He/she is able to support the delivery of a global business development strategy for his area of product expertise per client as well as acquire business with new clients. He/she is aligning the product development strategy with the GTB Sales and the TRA Senior SalesThe TRA Junior Sales reports to the Head of GTPS DeskThe TRA Junior Sales’ main responsibilities are:Commercial:Active interaction with client on product specific structuresInteractions with central product team in regards to client needsShare competitive information on market developmentsHandles complex structures and oversees implementation projects incl. contract negotiationsInteracts with TRA Colleagues in the networkDevelops client strategy for TRA Business Growth together with GTB Sales and TRA Senior SalesEnsures action plans on "Golden Rules" and Profitability are followedKeeps GTB Senior Sales Manager informed on critical client topicsOperational:Supports as escalation point in case of specific situations from the day-to-day processing of TRA TransactionsEscalation point for product service failures, interaction with MO/BO Teams accordinglyEnsures regular interaction with clients regarding service quality and collects related feedbackGrows the TRA Business with clients of his/her portfolioEnsures MyCredit Process is correctly and timely kicked-off in coordination with GTB SalesEnsures Risk appetite framework is complied with on his/her scope, including the contribution of the desk to the respect of GTPS Risk appetite statement notably country limits and sectorial limitsProfile requiredExperience and technical skillsExperience within GTB/TRA and related productsIn depth knowledge of credit processes, documentation and risk managementDetailed knowledge of TRA processes and products implications incl Risk Personal Abilities / CompetenciesSolution-oriented and flexible working stylePro-active team-playerCollaborative leadership skillsStrong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and influence business relationships at all levelsCommercial and performance drivenResults orientedFluency in German and English (written and oral) is essential, French is of advantageWhy join usBusiness insightOur Division Global Transaction Banking (GTB) integrates the business activities such as cash management, correspondent banking, international trade services, factoring and related currency services.
