As we continue to grow, we are excited to add a Key Account Manager (Pure Players) to our team.  Position based in our Frankfurt office (Hybrid - 3 days a week) .

OVERVIEW:

\n As part of the phenomenal growth SharkNinja has achieved over the last few years in Germany, we are looking for a new Key Account Manager. This position will be key to driving the next phase of the business development in Germany and to reinforce our fantastic sales team. \n

Here are some of the EXCITING things you’ll get to do (RESPONSIBILITIES):

• Build a sales strategy that achieves & exceed sales and margin targets for your accounts 
\n
• Be the category captain amongst our retailers 
\n
• Ensure that Shark & Ninja are represented in a positive and professional manner at all times both on-line and off-line 
\n
• Planning and executing activities for both on-line, in-store and off-page to drive strong sales out performance 
\n
• Ensure accurate forecasting in line with individual and company goals 
\n
• Work within agreed Promotional (SOA) to ensure sales & margin targets are met 
\n
• Negotiate winning scenarios for both SharkNinja and the customer at all times 
\n
• Interpret market and sell out data into business opportunities 
\n
• Organization of trade shows and retail events 
\n
• Reporting of competitive activities & pricing 
\n
• Identify opportunities to deliver incremental business. 
\n
• Participate in tradeshows, sales meetings and other Company events as required.

ATTRIBUTES & SKILLS (REQUIREMENTS):

\n

\n
• Fluent English and German 
\n
• Minimum 7 years of successful sales experience - online sales is a plus
\n
• Previous experience in the consumer goods industry 
\n
• Appetence to our unique products 
\n
• Results driven, Strong negotiator, Exceptional analytical skills 
\n
• Oral and written communication with impact 
\n
• Professional expertise 
\n
• Excel, PowerPoint, Presentation skills & Microsoft skills 
\n
• Interpersonal/collaborative skills
