HR Business Partner - Germany & Nordics

EMEA HR Business Partner Location: Kelsterbach / Frankfurt - Germany (on-site) The HR Business Partner will provide the full spectrum of HR support and service to the management team and employees of several Sales Regions in EMEA. The position reports to the Business Partner Sales EMEA. He/she works with the regional management team and the EMEA HR department to develop, implement and drive results that increase organizational effectiveness and efficiency. Partners with executive and functional leadership to analyze and evaluate information in order to develop and implement strategies and other proactive steps to enhance the company’s overall organizational effectiveness and develop the careers of individual employees.
