Customer Service Manager - Girona
Team Leadership & Management
• Lead, organize and develop the Customer Service team, ensuring clear priorities, appropriate
workload distribution and an efficient and motivating working environment.
• Supervise the overall performance of the department, ensuring that activities are carried out
accurately, efficiently and within established deadlines.
• Monitor Customer Service KPIs, customer satisfaction, recurring complaints, service issues
and operational bottlenecks, initiating corrective and improvement actions where required.
• Manage escalations and support the team in resolving complex customer, order, delivery or
service-related situations.
• Ensure appropriate training, knowledge sharing and backup coverage within the team.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and support the effective use of ERP, CRM, reporting
and other digital tools.
Cross-Functional & Commercial Coordination
• Work closely with Sales, Product Management, Planning, Production, Logistics and Quality to
ensure effective end-to-end customer service and order management.
• Support demand forecasting and production planning by providing relevant customer, order
and market information.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the product portfolio, applications, customer
requirements and market segments.
• Provide customer and market insights to Sales and Product Management to support
commercial and product-related decisions.
• Support the Commercial Director through analysis of sales, order backlog, stock availability,
production requirements and relevant commercial opportunities.
