• Lead and manage regional sales and key account team by overseeing activities and monitoring performance
• Develop and own the strategic sales plan in alignment with business goals and revenue targets 
• Identify new business opportunities, build relationships with top accounts, and strengthen existing partnerships
• Set and monitor KPIs, quotas, and performance targets across all markets
• Work cross-functionally especially with Marketing, Revenue, and E-Commerce teams to align strategies and maximize impact
• Support budgeting and forecasting, ensuring accurate planning and reporting
• Represent Penta at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings, positioning the brand as a bold and reliable partner

These are your talents

• Proven leadership experience in sales within the hotel or tourism industry (regional or multi-property level preferred)
• A strong grasp of revenue management, distribution, and channel strategy
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and German; additional languages are a plus
• A data-driven approach—you know your way around reports, KPIs, and CRM tools
• Confidence working with systems such as Salesforce, Hotelligence 360, Microsoft Dynamics, and others
• The ability to work independently, make decisions, and inspire teams with clear direction
• A flexible, open-minded personality ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment
