German B2B Solutions Consultant - Sofia, Fully Paid Relocation
Mercier Consultancy is seeking a German-speaking B2B Solutions Consultant to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria, with fully paid relocation. In this role, you will collaborate with German-speaking business clients to understand their specific needs and deliver customized B2B solutions that improve operational efficiency and business performance.
You will work alongside cross-functional teams to design, implement, and support business solutions ensuring exceptional client service and satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Engage with German-speaking B2B clients to analyze business challenges and requirements
- Develop and present tailored solutions that address client needs and objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate smooth deployment and integration of solutions
- Provide training and ongoing support to clients following implementation
- Maintain accurate documentation of client communications and project activities
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor moves, and emerging technologies
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to promote retention and growth
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written.
- Your native language and nationality must be clearly indicated in your CV and/or Cover Letter.
- Proven experience in B2B solutions consulting or similar roles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria with full relocation package provided.
