Your key responsibilities include:

• Carrying out distribution tasks
• Performing various errand services
• Handling lost & found items, packages, shipping, and tracking
• Stock and inventory control
• Responding to requests using the Property Management System
• Close collaboration with all hotel departments
• Maintaining positive relationships with both guests and team members
• Ensuring cleanliness and order

• You always have an open ear for our guests’ needs
• You’re eager to grow every day, learn new things, and be part of a supportive and ambitious team
• You remain calm and composed, even in stressful situations
• You handle complaint management at the highest level
• Your communicative nature sets you apart, and you feel very comfortable in both German and English—any additional language is a plus
