• Ensure the proper post-processing of audit and certification procedures

• Conduct completeness and compliance checks of audit documentation

• Monitor deadlines and proactively follow up on missing or overdue inputs

• Prepare and issue certificates and invoices

• Act as a point of contact for customer service, auditors, and certification decision-makers

• Maintain and update data in internal IT and ERP systems

• Ensure timely and accurate reporting to authorities and external databases

• Support the implementation of certification decisions

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of certification and administrative processes

• Successfully completed commercial training (e.g., business administration, office management)

• Initial professional experience in an administrative or service-oriented environment (ideally certification, audit, or compliance-related)

• Strong communication skills with fluent German and good English (written and spoken)

• Solid knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook)

• Experience with Microsoft 365, EASY, or other ERP systems is a plus

• Structured, detail-oriented, and reliable working style

• Strong service orientation and ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders

• Team player with a quick grasp of new processes and systems
